I'm very excited to be a new member of the Daring Bakers !

Finally..... to belong to a group of people who understand the quirks of someone who spends too much time in the kitchen trying to figure out if this cocoa powder is Dutch-Process, Black Cocoa, Double Dutch or Bensdorp Dutch... and if it really matters??!!? ;-)
